Nichole Bingham - Volunteer Coordinator/Admin. Assistant Nichole started with Open Arms as a volunteer and became a staff member in June 2011. She is a 2008 graduate of Warner Pacific College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has a background in event planning. Tom Garrett - Southern Regional Director Tom has a diverse background, which includes a successful career in sales and marketing, the opening and running of a group home for abused and abandoned children in Indiana, serving as Pastor of Discipleship for a growing church, and doing regional development work for a seminary. Tom and his wife, Laura, have been house parents as well as foster parents for more than 100 children. Along with their two children, they spent a summer in Kenya and developed a passion for the poorest of the poor in East Africa. Tom and Laura live in Granbury, Texas. tomg@openarmsinternational.com

Kim Krebs - Director of Donor Relations Kim joined Open Arms in March 2009. She is a native Oregonian and a 2002 graduate of Azusa Pacific University. Her professional background is in government and fundraising, and she spent more than four years in Washington, DC working in various capacities, including Congressman Greg Walden's office and the White House. Prior to joining Open Arms International, Kim served as Finance Director for Senator Gordon Smith's re-election campaign. Dave Redelfs - Director of Operations Dave comes from an extensive background in operations at the Luis Palau Association and product management at Intel. Dave was the team manager on the charter trip to Eldoret, Kenya in 2002, where the vision for Open Arms International was born. Now, nearly a decade later, Dave is thrilled to be part of the Open Arms team as their Director of Operations. Cindy Rogers- Child Sponsorship Coordinator Cindy joined the team in February 2011, just three months after visiting Kenya. As a public school educator for 25 years and a children's church worker for 30 years, she has a passion for children and their spiritual life. Her heart breaks at the plight of so many orphaned and abandoned children, and her goal is to help connect sponsors to children so that more children will be able to live in a loving Christian home at Open Arms Village and have a hope for the future. children@openarmsinternational.com

Scott Schoenborn – Executive Director A graduate in international business and finance, Scott spent nearly 14 years planting churches in unreached areas of Japan. Possessing a strong background in leadership and fundraising for Christian non-profits – Scott’s passion is sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ to a hurting and needy world. He and his wife, Beth, have five children (including quadruplets) and live in West Linn. Nancy Winn - Mission Outreach Manager/Accountant Nancy became part of the team in September 2008. After experiencing the impact of working at Open Arms Village, she is eager to help other fulfill their calling to serve in Kenya.
