Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Janitorial/Office up keep - Urgent Need

• Weekly upkeep and cleaning of the Open Arms office

Office Administration & Reception

• Administrative support
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Mailings
• Office organization
• Inventory office supplies and equipment
• Other administrative projects and research as needed

Events

• Coordinate and organize tasks assigned by the event coordinator
• Day of event support
       -  Registration
       -  Set-up/clean-up

Fundraising & Development 

• Research and develop a list of possible grant-making opportunities
• Identify church partners and possible OAI “ambassadors” from churches to do the following:
       - Bring Open Arms' mission and needs before the church leadership
       - Ensure regular Open Arms news and updates are in bulletins and on
         communication boards
       - Recruit volunteers, financial supporters, and team members for
         Open Arms mission trips
       - Recruit churches to host one mission Sunday a year on behalf of
         Open Arms International
